Great link for exegesis of I Cor 11:3

If you are getting fed up with the amount of posts, of late, on the problem passages within Paul's epistles, it is because I am collecting some resources which will come in useful as I begin to explore these verses at college. Remember, you can always switch off your laptop and go and do something less boring instead.

I really like Anderson's articulation of what headship is all about. She unpacks Paul's words about the mystery of marriage, (he is really talking about Christ and the Church) very helpfully. I have always found all of this quite hard to understand and what she is saying is making sense to me. And, yes, I am aware that there will be a divergence of thinking on the topic and I also know it is a little individualistic/ post-modern to focus on how this has meaning for me.

Ok, 'claim to fame' alert!! I was at college with the guy who wrote this when he was still a kid..Faron Brookes was his name I think... (I didn't know him well, but he was a fabulous songwriter and played at the CU once or twice...)
