We are a generous orthodoxy, do you not think?
hmmmm,
yes, we have a generous orthodoxy - the via media of the church sought a middle-ground between the strictures of rampant puritanism and the more moderate protestantism of others.
These days, however, this "generosity" is being invoked to accomodate rejection of all sorts of core issues. As I said, would she be so comfortable with the 39 Articles? Or the Prayer of Consecration?
