Too late...

This poem is by Martin Niemöller (A German pastor who realised all too late the action that should have been taken by the true Church of Germany to oppose Nazism.)

“First they came for the communists,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a communist.
Then they came for the trade unionists,

Then they came for the Jews,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a Jew.
