Will we lose 3000 worshippers and 25 parishes from the church?

Martin Beckford tells us in The Telegraph of Reform's warning that 3000 worshippers might seek to come under the jurisdiction of foreign bishops. Rev Rod Thomas is Reform's chairman and says that worshippers unhappy with women bishops and the church's attitude to homosexuality will seek "alternative oversight". Americans unhappy with Jefferts-Schori have already escaped and have oversight from orthodox bishops in Africa. What about ++ Canterbury's rule on border-crossing? Aren't these churches breaking the moratorium.
