Oak Hill ideals aren't those of FOCA

In NEWS AND COMMENT
FROM OAK HILL COLLEGE
SUMMER 2008
Mike Ovey looks at John Piper's 'The Future of Justification and writes this:

Piper poses a challenge for any Christian Theologian. Given that we are members of Christ's body together, how do we talk to one another in ways and in words that minimise misunderstanding? ...
Piper has reminded me that the good theologian should have a pastor's heart, seeking God's truth as he has revealed it, but seeking to speak it in servant-heartedness, rather than egotism and arrogance.

I can't help but feel that the authors of the Jerusalem Declaration have failed to uphold these ideals.
