Had to remain quiet today.

Felt really rough today which meant my husband spent a day in the life of 'me'. He entertained the children, fed and dressed them, ran the church under 5s group, took them to swimming lessons and even sewed their ballet outfits together for tomorrow morning - I am very blessed. I have a friend who describes how when she's ill with a migraine that makes her sick, her husband won't take the day off, so she just crawls, literally, around the house, throwing up and screaming after her two toddlers. I'm so blessed.
